So, this past Monday was my first visit to the OB. I was recommended to the North Florida Women’s Center by my regular physician, and read some excellent things about them & NFRMC. So that’s where I picked. I didn’t get to meet my actual doctor yet, but her nurse is pretty cool. They had estimated that I was at 12 weeks, so they tried to hear the heartbeat, but were unsuccessful. Daniel got all excited everytime he heard a beat, and she’d say it was mine, and he’d look so disappointed. It was adorable. So, she just decided she’d do an ultrasound. Which, of course, put big smiles on our faces. She showed us the little one, and we got to see its little heart beating like crazy. AND it kicked! It was quite exciting. The picture is my profile photo. :) It looks like it’s waving.
